Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Missouri is seeking team members for our production and warehousing operations. You will adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear the required PPE while in the warehouse or production areas.

You will read and follow a production schedule, communicate issues, maintain production flow, perform minor maintenance, and work with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste. This role offers a reliable full-time opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and production schedules.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow PPE requirements.
• Capable of working in warehouse and production areas with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Adhere to GMPs and food safety standards per corporate and customer guidance.
• Read and follow the production schedule and communicate issues or deviations.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring materials and assisting with minor servicing.
• Follow SOPs for equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record information for production and quality records; maintain downtime reports.
• Perform equipment and general sanitation as assigned by leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
