Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a production/warehouse team member to ensure safe and efficient operations in our facility in Missouri. You will follow GMPs, HACCP guidelines, and quality procedures while helping maintain production flow and data records.

The role includes reading production schedules, performing minor maintenance, and supporting cross-training initiatives, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP principles.
• Ability to read a production schedule and communicate deviations.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Willingness to train new employees.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and minor servicing when needed.
• Record downtime and quality data accurately and completely.
• Identify raw material defects that could affect quality and waste.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Assist in cross-training and general sanitation as directed by leadership.
