Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Production and Maintenance departments, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate maintenance, manage budgets, and supervise shifts while driving continuous improvement across plant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent maintenance/ops experience, plus at least five years of supervisory manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or related maintenance/operations experience; or equivalent combination.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a maintenance supervisory/management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance and Production department personnel and HR issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage maintenance budget.
• Develop and implement improvements to reduce costs and downtime.
• Lead safety meetings and plant operational planning.
• Train shift personnel to meet department goals.
• Ensure SOPs are developed and followed to meet objectives.
