Job summary

Graham Packaging Company seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, coordinate with departments, and improve manufacturing efficiency. You will drive safety, cost control and operational performance while managing a maintenance team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in maintenance leadership within manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to interact with vendors and customers; travel may be 0–25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related maintenance experience required.
• Minimum five years’ maintenance supervisory/management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to interact with managers, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance and coordinate with other departments to meet quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies; lead departmental meetings.
• Develop methods to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Manage maintenance budget and supplier/vendor interactions; travel 0–25% as needed.
