Responsibilities include overseeing staff, driving preventive maintenance programs, and partnering with engineering to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related maintenance/operations experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a maintenance supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance and Production department personnel and HR matters.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance scheduling for operational equipment.
• Develop and control maintenance budget to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with Engineering on plant improvements to boost efficiency.
• Execute production schedules to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Train and develop shift personnel to meet department goals.
• Lead plant safety and staff meetings and drive continuous improvement.
