Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related maintenance experience is required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance operations to ensure quality and cost targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering on equipment improvements and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement methods to optimize efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Lead and train shift personnel to achieve department goals.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
