Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant production to exceed customer expectations on output, quality, waste, and OTIF

• Drive continuous improvement programs aligned with GMPs and SOPs
• Develop and mentor supervisors, fostering future leaders
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality to optimize equipment capability
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure OSHA compliance across operations
