Job summary

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of supervisory experience, with packaging industry experience preferred. You will manage workflow, train staff, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read safety rules, operate maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Two years of supervisory experience required or demonstrated.
• Packaging industry background preferred but not required.
• Able to interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager and supervise the department staff.
• Lead workforce to maintain a safe environment per safety requirements.
• Schedule daily workforce to meet warehouse needs.
• Maintain a clean work area and uphold high QA standards.
• Train employees, resolve problems, and coach for improvement.
