Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage plant floor operations for production and quality
• Mentor and develop manufacturing staff on the floor
• Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and waste
• Plan and optimize day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations
• Monitor safety, cost, and performance metrics and take corrective actions
• Maintain and improve product quality and on-time shipping
