Job summary

The role leads continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor and requires a proven senior manufacturing leader with strong people management skills and success in process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Strong liaison across departments, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term plans, policies, and operating procedures for the plant.
• Delegate responsibilities and guide floor supervision.
• Act as liaison between workers and management on communication and policy matters.
• Coordinate housekeeping, cost reduction, plant security, and wage administration.
• Ensure productivity, quality and safety goals are achieved in production.
• Ensure adherence to quality and process procedures across all levels.
