Fenner Dunlop Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Plant Manager for our Lavonia, Georgia facility. You will lead daily operations, set production goals, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across departments.

This role demands strong leadership of a large hourly workforce and deep manufacturing expertise. As part of a global manufacturing group, you will advance technology, cost control, and reliability while maintaining a safe, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading supervisors, front-line leaders, and large hourly manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Set production goals based on demand, staffing, equipment, and priorities.
• Develop plant leadership and improve performance through KPI driven decisions.
• Partner with departments to resolve technical and process issues and drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
