Responsibilities

• Delegate responsibilities and guide floor supervision.
• Coordinate with departments to align communication and decisions.
• Manage programs such as housekeeping, cost reduction, plant security, and hourly wage administration.
• Ensure productivity, quality and safety goals are met.
• Maintain budgets and liaison with vendors and customers.
