Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an experienced production/operator to join our fast-paced beverage manufacturing team. You will adhere to GMPs, operate and monitor production lines, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in manufacturing, basic math skills, and forklift certification. The role includes shifts, overtime, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvements in quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and supplying raw materials.
• Record downtime and quality data.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read Imperial/Metric measurements.
• Work with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Perform minor machine maintenance.
