CF Industries is seeking an Operations leader in Oklahoma to drive safe, reliable, and efficient production across our plant. You will manage budgets, plan turnarounds, and coordinate cross-department collaboration to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes environmental stewardship, team development, and adherence to industry codes and standards, with strong emphasis on leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing processes.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Exposure to project management and implementation.
• Familiar with applicable codes, regulations and standards.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Executes succession plans for unit operations leadership.
• Oversees training and progression of operation technicians.
• Prepares and administers department budgets and assists in long-term planning.
• Assists in turnaround and outage planning.
• Participates in CF's production best practices.
• Coordinates production department performance.
• Prepares operating strategy to meet production plan.
• Coaches and develops supervisors.
• Maintains communications with employees across the plant.
