Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, supervising technical, production, maintenance and staff.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train new employees and oversee contracted work.
• Resolve workflow problems and maximize personnel and material resources.
• Ensure SOPs and safety policies are followed and monitor performance.
• Identify issues and lead improvement plans for production processes and delivery.
• Set performance expectations and support career progression.
