Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferred (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical).
• Supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; English proficiency.
• Familiar with applicable codes, regulations and standards.
• Successfully complete pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Embraces safety and environmental stewardship as a core value of leadership.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with other departments to meet objectives.
• Directs and/or recommends changes to processes, equipment or staffing to meet objectives.
• Prepares and administers department budget and assists Production Manager in budgeting.
• Oversees training planning for operation technicians and succession planning.
• Maintains effective communications across the plant and coordinates with teams to meet production plans.
