Job summary

CF Industries in Woodward, OK is seeking a Production Superintendent to ensure the upgrade plant production plan is met safely, efficiently, on time, and cost effectively. This role directs the Production Department toward safe production, storage, and shipment of product in the correct quantity, quality, and cost.

The position emphasizes safety, environmental stewardship, budget preparation, and collaboration with the Production Manager to plan turnarounds and implement CF’s best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Project management experience and implementation exposure.
• Proficiency in English written and oral communication; ability to interact with peers and supervisors.
• Familiarity with applicable codes, regulations and standards.
• Complete pre-employment physical and drug screening.
