Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or 5+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Solid communication skills including the ability to effectively converse in English, compose written documents and interact effectively with peers and supervisors.

• Directly responsible for promoting company relations and employee morale through effective communication.
• Fosters a culture of safety and environmental excellence by providing a work environment that promotes the identification and mitigation of hazards and supports near miss and incident reporting.

• Ensures that all technicians thoroughly understand and adhere to safe operating procedures, safe work habits, housekeeping procedures, and emergency response procedures.
