Job summary

CF Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects from concept through startup at our Oklahoma site. You will coordinate engineering teams, manage budgets, schedules, and contractor activity while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role reports to Engineering Management and requires strong collaboration across operations, maintenance, and project teams to deliver on-site priorities and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Five+ years of experience executing capital projects in chemical/industrial environments.
• Experience managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support EH&S initiatives and act as project lead for capital initiatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through planning, scheduling, and execution of capital projects.
• Supervise contractors to ensure conformance to design and site requirements.
• Ensure projects meet safety, environmental, regulatory, and site standards.
• Define scopes, develop schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
