Job summary

CF Industries Inc. seeks a facility leader responsible for safe and reliable operations, overseeing receipt/shipment, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

You will guide facility personnel, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and maintain inventories while supporting safety programs and emergency readiness. The role emphasizes leadership, NH3 handling experience, and the ability to manage complex maintenance tasks within regulatory frameworks, while offering competitive pay and a broad benefits

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• NH3 storage and handling experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures; compressors and pumps.
• Experience managing people and processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• PC literacy for order processing; word processing and software skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of facility operation, with safety and reliability being primary focus.
• Ensure timely, reliable and cost-efficient receipt and shipment of product.
• Coordinate and administer all emergency, preventative and contract maintenance.
• Manage, coordinate, provide leadership to and evaluate work of facility personnel; recordkeeping includes shipping/receiving documentation and product quality, shrink and inventory records.
• Train and develop Operators and Administrative Assistants in safe operations.
• Follow and/or comply with all CF, Federal, State and local regulations; develop relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Maintain regulatory documentation (OSHA, DOT, State).
• Assist in troubleshooting at facility (or at other facilities, if needed).
• Manage on-site inventory.
