Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Production Operator to join a fast-paced beverage manufacturing team. You will monitor line operations, load materials, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires high-speed production experience, ability to read gauges, and strong problem-solving. You will work with multiple departments to maintain production flow and support continuous improvement. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment required.
• Ability to read gauges, thermometers, and weight measurements.
• Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Accurate recording of production data and downtime reports.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring downstream and upstream issues; supply raw materials; perform minor servicing as needed.
• Record downtime and quality records; keep documentation up to date.
• Follow SOPs for equipment changeovers; read imperial and metric measurements.
• Perform sanitation tasks and general maintenance; assist with training.
• Work with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
• Identify raw material defects that could impact production quality; support corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership; cross-training, inventory management, etc.
