Job summary

Refresco is seeking a manufacturing team member to operate in a fast-paced beverage production environment. You will monitor production lines, handle raw materials, perform basic equipment maintenance, and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in manufacturing, strong math and measurement skills, and familiarity with GMPs and PPE requirements. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a large beverage producer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to read imperial and metric measurements.
• Read, understand and follow production schedules.
• Maintain production flow and monitor equipment.
• Follow GMPs, PPE and food safety standards (SQF).
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Strong mathematical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret gauges and temperature readings.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure food quality and safety as per corporate and regulatory standards.
• Read and communicate production scheduling issues to the team.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and performing minor servicing.
• Record downtime and quality data for records and reporting.
• Perform equipment sanitization and routine maintenance as assigned.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist with inventory management as needed.
