Job summary

Refresco is seeking an on-site Manufacturing Associate to support high-speed beverage production. You will follow GMPs, wear PPE, and assist with equipment changeovers while reading Imperial and metric measurements. The role requires attention to quality records and downtime documentation.

You will collaborate across departments to improve quality, boost efficiency, and reduce waste, with opportunities for cross-training and plant sanitation tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machines, supplying raw materials, and performing minor servicing as needed.
• Follow QA and production SOPs and perform equipment changeovers reading imperial and metric measurements.
• Record information for production and quality records; maintain downtime reports and documentation.
• Work with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies, and reduce waste.
• Perform any other duties assigned by leadership, including cross training and sanitation.
