Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Plant Operations Director to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and safety across our senior living communities in Ohio. You will manage budgets, staffing, and compliance, ensure high standards of building upkeep, and lead the maintenance and housekeeping teams to deliver safe, quality environments for residents.

• Be a Maintenance Manage r: Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping departments, including budget, staffing, and compliance, so that each department operates efficiently and safely .
