Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Plant Operations Director in Ohio to lead maintenance, housekeeping, and safety across the community. You will manage budgets, staffing, vendor relations and ensure high standards of property upkeep and safety for residents and staff.

Required are strong supervisory leadership, HVAC knowledge, OSHA familiarity and a track record in senior housing maintenance. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or extensive HVAC experience recommended.
• Minimum two years of supervisory maintenance experience in multifamily or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety, and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping with budget and staffing oversight.
• Ensure highest standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance across the community.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
