Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HVAC certification and experience recommended.
• Construction, refinishing, plumbing, floor care knowledge; landscaping a plus.
• Two years maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
• Work indoors/outdoors in varying weather; active role.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Leadership and supervision skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
