Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Plant Operations Director in Ohio to lead maintenance and housekeeping across a senior living community. The role focuses on safety, quality, budget oversight, and resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 2+ years in multi-unit maintenance with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with HVAC and facility operations. A health screening and driver record check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HVAC certification or experience highly recommended.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing.
• Landscaping experience is a plus.
• At least two years in apartment or multi-unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and occasional ladder use.
• Criminal clearance required.
• Health screening within six months prior to employment and TB test.
• Clean driving record per insurer policy.
• Experience in senior housing preferred.
• Leadership and supervision knowledge essential.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain top standards of building and grounds for quality and appearance.
• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping with budget, staffing and compliance oversight.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely handling of requests to support a positive community experience.
• Maintain employee and resident safety and readiness for emergencies and hazards.
