Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse activities at our Mount Pleasant, WI location. You will coordinate with a third-party warehouse, manage shipments, and ensure accurate data entry into 3PL systems and SAP.

The role requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, and a High School diploma with several years in Shipping/Receiving/Inventory control. On-site work with a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

Reading, writing and speaking English required.
Experience with Excel and maintaining spreadsheet data.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
Must be able to multi-task in a high pace environment.
Ability to adapt to different circumstances and communicate changes.

Responsibilities

Identify relabel requirements and print labels for 3PL personnel.
Coordinate with internal departments to troubleshoot issues and manage expedites.
Enter shipment documents into 3PL software.
Update SAP with inter-site adjustments or movements.
Order and maintain shipping supplies at 3PL.
Advise 3PL warehouse staff on prioritized workload.
Assist Supervisor with day-end reporting for shipments.
Perform inventory reconciliation between 3PL systems and root cause analysis.
Investigate customer complaints with 3PL and provide root cause analysis.
Perform pre-shipment checks of staged product per packaging standards.
Review Samples Lab request log and coordinate product transfers between sites.
Handle additional tasks as assigned.
