Job summary

Foremost Farms USA in Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Operations Associate to support our manufacturing facility across production, quality, safety, HR and document control, ensuring daily transactional duties are completed accurately.

Key tasks include posting positions, managing Kronos time, coordinating HR paperwork, onboarding, changes to pay, maintaining safety training records and JSA updates, visitor coordination, lunch orders, KPI monitoring, milk receipts validation and scheduling support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post open positions and schedule pre-employment screening.
• Support Kronos Time & Attendance system and payroll changes.
• Coordinate HR paperwork with confidentiality standards.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Administer safety training and track compliance.
• Update Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for positions.
• Meet and greet visitors and enforce visitor guidelines.
• Coordinate refreshments and meal deliveries for staff.
• Support SCORE management process and KPI/Action Board upkeep.
• Validate milk receipts from external vendors and assist with scheduling.
• Cross-train and provide back-up for other admin roles.

Education

High school diploma or GED
