Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Operations Coordinator I to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations for assigned customer(s). You will coordinate personnel and processes to ensure efficient distribution of goods, manage customer inquiries, and optimize logistics procedures to support the organization’s goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with logistics software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or similar administrative role.
• High school diploma; technical school degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises, assets, and communication channels are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment.
