Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive process improvements, and ensure safety and KPI goals are met. You will lead a team, manage inventory, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and implement digital tools like warehouse management systems to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Ability to lead small teams and optimize performance.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, safety, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with site goals and corporate objectives.
• Lead safety, teamwork and continuous improvement culture.
• Implement digital transformation and warehouse management systems.
• Optimize workflows for on-time fulfillment and accuracy.
• Oversee inventory management and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage site P&L and monthly cost forecasting.
• Schedule, train and develop warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with Regional Logistics Director and customers.
• Lead change management for new processes and technology.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
