Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with 6+ years in progressive manufacturing management.
• Proven ability to implement total quality systems and lean manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in a metal fabrication job shop environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Control production costs to standards and pursue margin improvements.
• Monitor performance and drive cost improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce downtime, waste, and errors.
• Foster quality initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and quality systems.
• Develop strategic plans and capitalJustifications aligned with company goals.
• Ensure a safe work environment and promote housekeeping.
• Support customer satisfaction across all plant functions.
