Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and 5 years leading a multi-functional manufacturing facility.
• Experience with high-mix manufacturing, metal fabrication, welding, powder coating/paint operations, assembly, logistics, and engineer-to-order environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, paint, assembly, warehousing, ERP/MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing, budgeting, talent development, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all plant operations and develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Champion safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead safety initiatives.
• Direct production, planning, scheduling, materials, maintenance, and overall plant performance.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, waste reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, capital expenditures, labor productivity, inventory, and cost reduction programs.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing team members while fostering engagement and inclusion.
