Amrize is seeking an EHS Service Manager to strengthen a proactive safety culture at our manufacturing operations in North America. You will partner with plant leadership and frontline teams to ensure regulatory compliance, lead key safety programs, and act as the primary on-site resource for health and safety initiatives.

You will drive engagement across the plant, oversee audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions, and coordinate training and emergency preparedness to protect employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field is preferred
• 3–5 years of health and safety experience in manufacturing/industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety program implementation
• Experience with incident investigations and corrective actions

Responsabilités

• Champion a safety-first culture with employees and leadership
• Develop and implement safety programs aligned with goals and regulations
• Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard evaluations
• Coordinate safety training and emergency response activities
• Lead accident investigations and root-cause analyses
• Maintain and update safety policies and documentation
• Support permits, records, and OSHA compliance
• Assist in safety work orders and remediation actions
