Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to improve plant performance across North America. You will lead maintenance teams, apply Lean tools, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to sustain reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a plant.
• Strong collaboration, influence, and change management skills.
• Excellent team building capabilities.
• Experience managing productivity/cost savings programs and delivering on targets.
• Experience in project management and planning with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the Maintenance Department through Gemba walks and hands-on coaching.
• Own reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, and facilities.
• Define and monitor an Asset Maintenance Plan.
• Lead safety and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with sister sites to share learnings and improve outcomes.
• Drive OEE, first pass yield, and cost reduction targets.
• Identify capital needs from inception to completion with budgeting and vendor management.
• Develop solutions to repetitive failures and root cause issues.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies.
