AAF International is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a multi-functional team in North America, driving lean manufacturing and world-class operations. You will oversee production, quality, safety, maintenance and supply chain to achieve goals and promote cost efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and leadership development across a diverse workforce, with responsibility for environmental compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical discipline required; MBA a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or related education preferred.
• 7–10 years of plant/general management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with industries with strict quality and safety standards.
• Knowledge of P&L, budgets and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional plant team to meet production goals while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Oversee maintenance, manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply, logistics, and administration functions.
• Develop and implement plans to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Mentor and develop staff, foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
