You will coach leaders, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, materials, scheduling, and shipping.

The role requires extensive manufacturing leadership experience, strong cost control skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve plant profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive budget and cost management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of the Elkhart plant to achieve SQDC targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and an inclusive, coaching leadership culture.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, materials, production, and shipping to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and coordinate cross-functional alignment.
