Valmont Industries is seeking an Operations Manager in Jasper, TN to provide operational leadership for manufacturing teams, drive safety compliance, and optimize production scheduling. This role involves leading a team with a mix of direct and indirect reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience OR 8+ years with Associates OR 10+ years total experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to support divisional objectives.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cost controls in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for one or more departments.
• Ensure safety systems, processes, and policies are followed at all times.
• Execute master production schedule and capacity planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the value stream.
• Lead day-to-day activities to meet current commitments and improvements.
• Communicate department and company information to employees regularly.
• Manage 1–3 direct reports and ~75–125 indirect reports.
