You will administer preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and drive continuous improvement with Engineers and Supervisors on equipment upgrades. The role requires an industrial maintenance or related degree with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field with a minimum of four years relevant experience.
• Two years of previous work experience in a leadership role.
• The ability to travel as needed (Up to 5 percent travel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate files in compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
• Administer the preventive maintenance program for all production equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance resources and outside contractors to improve costs and reliability.
• Lead safety, environmental compliance and quality initiatives with staff.
• Work with Engineers, Managers, Supervisors, and contractors on equipment upgrades.
