Valmont Industries, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager for the Elkhart, Indiana facility. You will lead end-to-end operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives, directing manufacturing, materials, scheduling, and shipping to ensure on-time, compliant production.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement to optimize productivity and profitability. Strong leadership and manufacturing experience required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience or equivalent.
• Seven+ years of progressive management in manufacturing.
• Experience with budget and cost management; ability to optimize productivity and costs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end plant operations to meet SQDC objectives.
• Coach and develop leaders and teams; drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Oversee production, materials, scheduling, and shipping; manage budgets.
