Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience or Associate's with 8+ years relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven managerial experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive divisional objectives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and support for front line supervisors daily.
• Ensure safety systems, processes, and policies are followed at all times.
• Develop strategies to meet product line objectives and promote continuous improvement.
