The role leads supervisors, drives efficiency, and trains staff. Requires 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution with leadership experience. Benefits start after 30 days; pay range $95,000-$110,000 with 401(k) match and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution operation.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a distribution environment.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to safely drive a forklift.
• Must have effective oral and written English language ability.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and FDA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of workers in producing and repackaging gases.
• Maintain a neat, safe, compliant plant environment and follow safety regulations.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker-hours to meet deadlines.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Investigate injuries and incidents and document investigations within 24 hours.
• Lead supervisors, coach staff, and address performance issues.
• Train and cross-train workers to maintain production during shortages.
• Maintain time and production records and approve overtime as needed.
