Qualifications

• Guide and support all aspects of the industrial cylinder fill plant operations, ensuring safety regulations and Airgas policies.
• Empower supervisors to lead effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Investigate and report injuries or accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient plant with safety first.
• Coach and develop associates to meet performance standards.
• Collaborate to drive continuous improvement in production methods and equipment performance.
