Airgas is hiring a Plant Manager in Canton, OH to lead a production and repackaging team for compressed and liquid gases. You will enforce safety standards, coordinate with production planners, and drive continuous improvements in methods and equipment performance.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in supervisory roles, and a hands-on approach to safety and compliance, with a focus on meeting customer needs and maintaining production efficiency.

Formación

• 5 years of industry experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with safety focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and empower teams in producing and repackaging of compressed and liquid gases into cylinders.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of the plant in compliance with laws and SOPs.
• Study production schedules and adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
• Mentor operational leaders and coach for performance and growth.
• Onboard new team members and support cross-functional learning.
