Job summary

Airgas Carnegie, PA is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a team in producing and repackaging compressed and liquid gases into cylinders, ensuring safe operation and compliance with all policies and laws.

You will study production schedules, optimize workflows, mentor supervisors, manage overtime, and coordinate with outside sales for on-time deliveries while monitoring SAP reports daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of industry experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Prefer experience with compressed/packaged gases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower team in producing and repackaging gases into cylinders, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Study production schedules, estimate team-hour requirements, and adjust procedures to meet goals.
• Mentor operational leaders, manage overtime, and coordinate with sales for timely deliveries.
• Monitor SAP reports and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
