Amrize invites applications for a Plant Manager - Aggregate to lead the mining and production operations at our Plant in North America. You will direct staffing, scheduling, and inventory management while coordinating with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of aggregate mining and plant production experience, proficiency with SAP, and a strong focus on safety, cost control, and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Management.
• Required Work Experience: 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control mining and production at the Plant to meet demand efficiently.
• Staffing, inventory monitoring, and inter-department coordination (Dispatch, Maintenance, Quality Control).
• Analyze production efficiency and develop strategies to raise productivity while maintaining safety and controlling costs.
• Oversee safety, environmental compliance and permit obligations; enforce PPE protocols.
