Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of facility maintenance, including equipment, machines, transportation equipment, and building/grounds.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance for all facility equipment with proper documentation.
• Prioritize repairs and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
• Direct outsourced maintenance suppliers and contractors per safety policies.
• Coordinate quotes and communicate with vendors on availability and pricing.
• Plan equipment transportation and installation to minimize delays and enable startup
