We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, supporting plant safety initiatives, and leading a team of maintenance professionals to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support personnel
• Manage daily maintenance staffing and resource allocation
• Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Prioritize and manage work orders, repairs, and maintenance schedules
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure compliance with plant safety policies and procedures
• Manage maintenance budgets, repair parts inventory, and contractor services
• Coach, train, and develop maintenance team members

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background
• Experience managing maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and best practices
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred

• Experience in aluminum extrusion, metals manufacturing, steel processing, foundry, or other heavy industrial environments
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes
• Technical training, certifications, or college coursework related to maintenance or manufacturing
