Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance processes.
- Experience with CMMS/EAM and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance team and skilled trades staff.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Safety, and Operations to improve reliability.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
- Champion continuous improvement to boost safety, quality, uptime and cost.
- Utilize data analytics and AI tools to identify opportunities on the plant floor.
- Lead capital projects and long-term maintenance planning.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving.
