Job summary

Hawkeye Metal Spinning seeks a production technician to operate assigned equipment and produce parts to specifications. You will unload and package items, record daily data in the ERP, and follow shop travelers and blueprints.

Ideal candidates are willing to learn, able to use hand and power tools, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting. A high school diploma is preferred, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be trained on the Hawkeye Metal Spinning process.
• General skills with hand and power tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts on assigned equipment according to specifications and production requirements.
• Unload and package parts per standards and customer requirements.
• Complete accurate daily records in the ERP system and on Shop Travelers.
• Inform quality control and shift lead of any part issues.
• Perform required inspections per Quality Manual and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to 5S procedures and safety policies, including PPE.
• Maintain documentation and perform other duties as assigned.
